Hiding our true self to be seen, listened to or validated, while dealing with different symptoms, trauma and executive functions challenges it is not easy for anyone. But if you have to consider hormones on top of everything else, you will soon find out another dimension of the word challenge!

And we know how exhausting that is!

HOW NEURODIVERGENT COACHING WORKS?

​

​Neurodivergent coaching is addressed to anyone who might be experiencing neurodiverse challenges. It might be for you, for your partner, for your child or for anyone who has a connection with someone who might be considering a diagnosis, have a diagnosis or a dual-diagnosis. 

 

At Open Lines we have the advantage to understand what some of those challenges might be or might feel like as we are neurodivergent ourselves. We have worked on our personal challenges and found our personal solutions by walking on the same path you might be choosing to walk on next: coaching.

 

Together, we will challenge your old beliefs and change those negative narratives that stop you from thriving. At the end of our journey together, you will be confident to speak your truth and show up in the world as your authentic self. 

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM NEURODIVERGENT WOMEN COACHING?

If you book a coaching session, we will be working in partnership with you to find out what is possible through a creative process.

 

Together we will:

​

  • Choose the desire outcomes you want to work towards, and we will guide you in your journey of self-discovery.

  • Challenge you to reflect on who you are and to develop your own skills.

  • Empower you to understand your brain and how it works and we will guide you to find your truth.

  • Empower you to understand how your body works and the body-brain connection

  • Meet you where you are and we will focus on your strengths.

  • Guide you to challenge old beliefs and change those negative narratives that stop you from thriving. 

  • Facilitate our knowledge of neuroscience and neurodiversity to make sense of what you are experiencing.

  • Consider the impact of hormones on your symptoms 

  • Support you to improve your self-talk, to remember and celebrate your accomplishments, to plan, prioritise and take actions, to build healthy habits and to allow yourself to make space for kindness and compassion. 

  • Offer a safe and confidential space where you will be able to express yourself free from judgment.

 

You will:

  • Come up with solutions that works for you free of pressure.

  • Take accountability for your actions and results where possible

  • Confidently work with your brain, rather than against it

  • Come up with your personal Regulation tool-box

  • Consciously address your challenges 

  • Find what sparks your soul

 

 

NOTE: You do not need an official diagnosis to benefit from neurodivergent coaching. You might have a diagnosis, a dual-diagnosis, be self-diagnosed or suspecting to fit into one.
