Who are we?
Open lines is a concept born during some live interviews to adults on the spectrum that was conducted on Facebook during the lockdown.

The idea was to keep an open line of communication between the neurodivergent world and the neurotypical world, with the hope to increase awareness and to connect the two together.

During this journey, we found that our purpose is NOT to fix someone, because no one needs fixing.

Our purpose is to help others to understand theirs or their loved one's brain and behaviour, by listening, explaining and empowering, all free of judgement.

Our vision is to live in a world where neurodivergent people will allow themselves to live a life that is authentic to who they truly are.

For this reason, we created a safe place for people like me who need to challenge those old beliefs and empower themselves.

At Open lines, we care about helping individuals, parents/carers and teens and young adults to come out of that spiral of rumination and empowering them to shift their attention to what great individual they are, instead of focusing on the negatives.

We focus on understanding what is beyond behaviours and why we might be feeling overwhelmed, always alert, angry or disconnected.

At Open Lines, we operate on a client centered approach and therefore we start from you and your story. We are all unique!

With our expertise, we will guide you to be the best version of yourself and to be present and in tune with your needs, values and strengths. And we will guide parents and carers to parenting the child they once were.

We are driven to empower you to connect with yourself, with the people around you.
If you are also a parent or a carer, we want to prove you that love, connection and safety are the only ingredients you need to connect with your child.
Regardless of how different your brains are.

At Open Lines we know that it is NEVER too late to pause and learn to be kind and compassionate to yourself.
