What does ADHD and/or Autism mean to me.

Processing with a friend over message, helped me to find the words to express what my ADHD and Autism mean to me. It feels sooooo liberating now having this clear to me! 

Thank you dear friend for holding the space for me to process. This was the light bulb moment I didn't know I needed it.

We read a lot of definitions and hear a lot of opinions, but I don't think we stop enough to think what these 'labels' means to us.
